Jessica is in charge of tending to all special requirements that the travel agencies and tour operators we work with may have. With more than ten years experience in Peru's tourist trade, Jessica's mission is to provide agencies with timely information about any changes to our services, supporting them in organising inspections by foreign operators, providing them with sales materials, and assisting growth in their respective markets.


Education: Degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
Interests: Photography and literature
Languages: Spanish and English

ON-BOARD SERVICE MANAGER

Sheyla heads the team whose job it is to provide our passengers with the best possible travel experience. She has been working with us since Inca Rail started operations in October 2009, when she was placed in charge of forming a team devoted to top quality service. Her brief includes training our on-board service team, supervising all the details that make up passenger service, and overseeing Inca Rail's food and drink area.


Education: Degree in Business Administration
